Club information
- All members of the Club, including PlayMoreGolf members, are required to pay a £50 bar credit levy as part of their membership. This amount is added to your bar card for bar purchases and is valid for the Club’s membership year, which runs from 1 March to 28/29 February, regardless of when you join.
- In addition, England Golf, Lancashire Golf and BGA affiliation fees are mandatory for members. These are payable when you join or renew to maintain your official handicap, governing body registration and insurance.
- These charges are separate from your PlayMoreGolf subscription and are invoiced and administered directly by the Club.

About Westhoughton Golf Club
Westhoughton Golf Club is a welcoming members club that prides itself on its warm and friendly atmosphere. The club was established in 1929 and was originally a 9 hole course. In 2005 the course was extended to 18 holes.
The course is a challenging test of golf with the new front nine holes being open scenic with superb greens. The back nine holes - the original course - are much tighter holes with tree lined fairways and with equally superb greens.
